DISCERNING BETWEEN THE HOLY AND THE UNHOLY unholy This is a great matter before God Consider that three times in the Old Testament God expressed great concern that His priests distinguish between the holy and the unholy Then the Lord spoke to Aaron, saying, Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle Unholy Testament Full Circle The Blackstone Vampires Unholy Testament Full Circle is full of dark, gory, evil and heinous twist and turns which keeps your adrenaline going Unholy Testament Full Circle with all of the horrific things that goes on in Is the God of the Old Testament Evil pursueGOD Much like how the people of Israel were not able to approach God in the Tabernacle and Temple, so, too, are all people unable to be in God s presence if they are unholy Theologians disagree at what point unholiness takes place Some hold that all humans are born under the curse of sin, meaning they are born unholy. • My first thought when I finished the book: Nooooooooo!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it left me with this cliffhanger! From the first sentence of this book I was hooked, I loved The House on Blackstone Moor so when I was asked to read this book I just had to say yes. I’m glad I did because this book kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Meeting all the historical figures I loved and reading about them just kept me turning the pages of this book. As always the writing style was great, the [...]

    • When Rose and her children set sail, they believe they will be met by, Louis, her husband at the end of the voyage. However, she finds the ship has been taken over by the evil demon, Eco and a band of vampires. He tells her that he loves her and makes her read his journal; a confession of his life since the beginning of time. This is the first vampire book I have read and I found it very hard to put down. The author has created characters that almost leap out from the pages, urging you read on. A [...]

    • The following review is my opinion and not a paid review. I received a free copy of the book from the author for my honest opinion. In The House on Blackstone Moor we met Rose a young woman who came home one night to find her family had been murdered. She was sent to the hospital and then spent some time in an asylum. Then she was given a job as governess to the Darton's children Ada and Simon. Rose and the children's father Louis fell in love. They left Blackstone Moor because of everything that [...]

    • At first, I didn’t want to read this book basically because of the cover. I don’t like it. I know the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, but let’s admit it, a beautiful image attracts more readership. Anyway, I decided to pick this up and try to read. And here goes my short review:The first two chapters started slow, and adding the dull effect of the cover art to me, I felt my interest slipping away. I had my fair share of reading vampire-inspired novels, and I think that othe [...]

Hiding from the "vampire hunters". They remained at Lancaster for 3 years and was happy. Then one day a letter came for Louis. We see him leaving to help another coven, one that he is somewhat tied to. Rose and the children remained hopeful that he would return. That day came when a letter with money arrived they would be board [...]

    • Eco is back!!!!! And thus my nightmares are going to start up again!!!I love Carole Gill's ability to engross the reader into the story so well that you actually feel like you're there. This book goes beyond the WHOLLY BOOGERS factor.Eco has Rose and the Children trapped on a ship to which he's not letting them go until she reads his journal.(As if he'll do it after that eitherhe's a flipping DEMON!!!)This journal is suppose to make Rose feel for dear sweet, misunderstood Eco and how she should s [...]

    • 4.5 / 5If your looking for a 'light' read, this is not the book to try. This story has depth and layers that most barely skim. The entire time I was reading it I could see it as a movie, it would be gripping movie to watch. My only reason for the ".5" is purely personal preference and while it describes amazing scenes, the ones I would have preferred a little more detail left me wondering.A very serious, enjoyable read!

    • Now this is my kind of book! Carole pens "Unholy Testament" in a plot filled with suspense and very interesting characters. I love the way the author writes in the old world writing style that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Highly recommended for all horror, thriller, vampire lovers. This review is based on a complimentary copy from the author which was provided for an honest review.
