    • I wrote this book for those of you who don't know that you actually get fat while losing weight on non sense diets. And fatter, and fatter with every diet attempt So, I just want to make sure you are fully informed about how fat gain and fat loss really work once and for all. Your weight reflects a choice you have made. If you want a different weight, make a different choice!


    • I can't say whether this diet is successful or unsuccessful, since I didn't had the time to test it for a long run.     • This book has some heavy reading. I expected to see a list of references at the end of this book, but I guess we just take Diana Artene's word for it. There were lots of requirements that I have heard before (sleep enough, exercise, etc) and there were some recommendations that I never heard before(limit to one cup of coffee a day, never eat food you dislike)and there were a few recommendations that I don't know if I agree with without more research.
